What the...? (Half-life console problems...)

Umm, how do I enable the console? I did put the -console at the end there in preferences, and yes it does show up in the main menu. But it doesn't show up in-game when I press the button under Esc (It's probably ~ key on your keyboards, but I have something else hehe...). Did I do something wrong?

You said you have something else?
Hmm make sure you are pressing the tilde (~) key, regardless of where it is on your keyboard.

Yes I have the ½ button directly under the Esc button, but nothing happens when I press it...

You'll probably want to open your config file and search for console. Make sure it is bound to something.

That's where they're going? I'm sorry... Well anyways I got it to work, dunno what was wrong though... But yes, in the future I will have these in the Help forum... I didn't know it existed o_o
