What about some more characters??

I think that the mod could use some more characters (eks. Tien, Chiuatzu, Yamcha and so on), and some more formation stages (eks. King Kai Fist forms, Ssj2 & Ssj3 forms and so on). PLEASE make some of it in the next version

But to answer you question

SSJ2/SSJ3 and the other transformations
And new characters from the DBZ Series

Will be added in future releases.
in Beta 2 is when you will see the new forms for the current characters in the mod.

Beta 1.1 will be out soon which will contain some new features and fixes to the current bugs in the game. A new model will be added to the game aswell "Adult Gohan" and Trunks will now be able to use his Sword, we don't know how much damage it will do, so all we can do is sit and wait and read up on more infomation given out.
