What type of ping do you get in Euro servers?

Does anyone know how to get the powerlevel cheat? I have a friend who is great and we play on his server and we usally throw around spirit bombs to try and transform its take like 30 minutes. So if anyone knows how to access this cheat please inform me!

it's only for beta 1.3.. type in console "powerlevel 99999999999999"

obviously you can replace the number with any number you desire.

But you need sv_cheats 1 right? and you don't need anyother plug-ins or stuff?

Yeah, that's right. No extras required.

you don't need sv_cheats 1... or if you do, it's on by default.

Nah, the new patch makes it so you need sv_cheats to be on, and it's off by default.
