There's also an expansion pack for Morrowind, which includes werewolves. I've read about it once; you can get bitten by a werewolf, and consequently turn into one yourself at full moon.

the mod "underworld bloodline is an werewolf mod, you have to chose if you want to be an vampire or an lycan(werewolf).
you also have a special power in every team, the vampires can jump verry high but the lycans can run verry fast.
