lol Hi,

Well I'm tryign to loss a little weight, I'm not FAT but I am big and I'd like to loss some weight, anyways my question is:

Do any of you know some good excerise **** that I could?

Currently I work out but it doesn't help me loss weight lol.

useing big muscles burns fat, little muscles tone, so use big muscles and jog or somthing so you cant talk to someone else for like 10 minutes a day along with working out, not to mention you sleep like a baby if you do

ok to burn fat you have to do an activity for an hour to burn fat caliories off you have to eat better foods and stay off the sodas.

you have 8oz of coke that 100 caliories and if you have a can theres about 200 caliores in that.

you want to loss weight dont drink soda drink water or diet coke.
and excrize for more then an hour.

Actually, you can gain more fat with diet soda's because of their special sugar. It can also eat away at your brain. The best thing to do is to exercize, eat smaller portions of food, and drink lots and lots of water. Also, don't resort to smoking. It may cause weight loss, but once you stop smoking, it can make you gain a whole lot more (I say that because I know people who turn to cigarettes when they want to lose weight).
