I've noticed that ki blobs/blasts don't hurt me when I'm in the water on the namek map. Maybe its water on all maps as well. I was shooting the blasts myself.
another thing if u go into the water u and out flying u can walk on the water like its the ground and it takes a few jumps and wot nots to get back into the water...
Yeah i just found that out on Namek, i was hit into water with melee, and then the guy shot me with a few kia blasts (just enough to make the kiblob, although the ki blasts hurt, the bubble didn't hurt at all.
