HI guys can u help me i want to change my vid card because i have had nearly a year now but i don't know wat to get at the mo i have an ati radon 9000 pro. i have £200 to speand on one if any one has any ideas on a card plz tell me this this would be gr8 help thx in advance

Radeon 9800 PRO 256 MB..it's 299 dollar (179.6659 pounds)

that's a very good one. I'd check some more prices, but my internet is a bit borked at the moment.

OMG thats a sweet card but i've had so many probs with ati like cod not working and halo as well do you rekon with this beast of a card will it work O_O but with that spec its got the thumb :yes: i was just looking at the matrox cards any gd if anyone knows

I don't know what makes those cards so expensive but they are not worth the price for what you would get.

Matrox are basically cards that are meant for developing etc, used in multimedia offices etc, we use them at my work aswell. for dual monitors etc, very good to use in that environment. or with 3dsmax etc, ATI and Nvidia are much better for gaming. I suggest taking one of them (i'd pick ATI). it's all really your personal favour though, Nvidia and ATI are basically comparable (I know there are some differents in FPS etc,etc, but overall it's all the same).
