Very Big Peformance Problem, I Beg For Your Help!

Well, i've just had my pc back from a reformat (i had a bit stupid virus on the pc) and i've just installed ESF. Before i used to get 100fps virtually all the time, now i've tried to play it and get 30-40fps (i made my own server to double check, and its peforming terrible, i definitly know this shouldn't be happening)

Specs are
Windows XP
512ddr ram
1600mhz (1800 anthlon or whatever its called)
Radeon 9200 series card

Damn, i can't think at all what the problem could be, i've turned Vertical Sync to Always Off and it didn't make a single difference. I'm 100% baffled. I beg for your help!

make sure that you have the newest catalyst drivers and if you do have the 3.7 then try reverting to the 3.6. 3.7 blows...

Well before i had the driver off the cd, and it ran perfectly
