Vegeta Rezoku attack

Hi, i recently started fighting with Vegeta
How can i use the rezoku attack (it is said on the main page)
Do you have to be SSJ for it????
And what icon is it in your attack list

the attack will be in Beta 1.1 so it isn't implented yet.
beta 1.1 is getting released when it's done
