rezoku

I can't download video on vegeta's new attack rezoku. It pulls up a screen to the left side of the moniter saying windowsmedia.com and i have divx

Hi, i recently started fighting with Vegeta How can i use the rezoku attack (it is said on the main page) Do you have to be SSJ for it???? And what icon is it in your attack list (cooooooooooool game):)

Shouldn't this be available for everybody except krillen or picolo because they are the only ones i havent seen doing it in the episodes(apart from trunks)

will the rezoku have the ki-blob when it hits something. Im not sure, cause on one hand it would be true to the show if it did (vegeta's freak out sessions) but ki blob is already spammed so much as it is. I dunno
