Exxcept the line thingy's on the sides, I don't like it at all, those wavy things in the middle I dislike, weird blending, too random

I don't see the scanlines j/k
I think it's a very nice indy art.
Altought the scanlines should be a little brighter.

hmm.. i was kinda rude and unhelpful in my last post sooooo:

for improvement:
1. a focus point... somewhere to look at instead of special stuff all over the image, the will make it non-special

2. some more colour, it seems like u simply put a blue color layer on it

3. less different styles in it.. i see twinkles, wires, scanlines/boxes, tentacles... doesnt really fit together

4. learn using the burn and dodge tools.. they are really importaint!
