Unlimited Ki bug?

Guys, we got a serious problem in 1.1......

some guys from [Muji] is exploiting a KI bug, so they have unlimited KI, can u fix it, they denie to report it...!

As a reply to a closed Thread: This thing actually is a bug. Not an ESF bug though, Im admin at that specific server and since we installed EEA we get strange Bugs (Unlimited ki is one of those bugs).

The person that "exploites" the bug has absolutly no control over it, you can't just activate the bug it just happens when you join the server sometimes.
If this is the case there isn't really anything you can do about it, just leave the server or try and contact me or any of my Co-Admins so we can Remove that player from the server.
