yea i think they should add cell kikoho(anti soul search cannon)also called T3H TR1B34M so whaddya think. And i think in 1.3 cell should have the cell jr. attack and they would act like snarks and 30hp and 1 attach kame hame ha(wityh minimium damage of courese)

Cell doesnt need Tri Beam, hes got enough stolen attacks from the other characters. Besides, the only one who would ever use Tri beam is Tien, and there is already a thread about adding him in to 1.3 "Tien in 1.3?".

Tien won't be added any time soon, nor will Yamcha, both of those characters, as well as
Nappa and Radditz, recieved a sound snubbing from the team.

I'd love to see them in, but I don't think it's in the cards for the immediate future.

lol.. cell doesn't even have Gallit Gun anymore =\ why is that removed?
and if tri beam comes in.. it should be for Tien.. (if he comes in)

Oddly cell now has kamehameha,special beam cannon, freiza disk, and solar flare for form 1.
Then 2nd form he gains gallit gun but loses kamehameha
I can only guess its because cell needed the right attack sounds for the right forms..
