transformations

I've the beta of sfrcs but i do´n't find any readme. So i don't know how to do transformations. Plz, help.

To transform, when ure green bar, Change Form bar, gets full, press the ascend button, Z by default!! And the readme should be in ure ESF folder, ESF-Manual.exe I think it is!!
