Transformation Problem

I can't transform to anything after everyones first transformation I get the nessisary PL and press z again and nothing happens.

u need to fill the red bar if u wanna ascend and get the recuired pl asswell!

With taht said the red bar has to be filles in SSJ form to to be able to transform to SSJ2. Just fighting in normal form will never get you to SSJ2.

Just stop using cheats to Get PL and you'l be fine.
