transformation level change

transormation in evm without dragon , take too long time(you have to play one or 2 hour to go ssj2 or ssj3 for goku)
i like to know if someone can tell me how to change the esf script to transform character with less power level , for exemple intead of 200000 to transform ssj2 you just need 70000 .
