If you go from spectator to good or evil, the transform sounds wont play. You'll have to die before they work again. However if they NEVER play, you might have deleted the "trans" sounds in the ESF sound directory. That's all I can think of
Did you ever mess with any files in your folder half-life/esf/sounds... Cause if you were messing with the files you might have accidently changed the names of some of them or soemthing. I know that has happened to me before :S I almost freaked out the first time :laff:
