let's add 1 thing.
when entering the server, you can chose in what level you're, so a n00b don't get's a pro at front of him.
the levels are:
n00b
biginner
normal
semmy
advange
pro

that's atleast better and more fair

well usually ppl might get matched with better ppl... thats an aspect of the tourny.. for instance goku vs. mr satan.. not contest for satan, so it would b unfortunate, means u'll lose one match and do another match where u'd win

edit: thats y the tourny, to prove you'tre the best.. if u join n ur not, sucks.. hehe right?

than no one likes it anymore, a level chois is atleast good for the n00by's.
think about it, a mode that only pro's does.(to make it more clear, no level chois, no good mode, and more than half just will say that it sux)

thats y u train train train! 1.2 is much easier to play compared to 1.1.. 1.2 with advanced melee basically evens out everyone.. noobs should stay with FFA or team till they become fine with the new way of playing then join a tournament server

impressive. not many people go as into detail as you. very nice. i like it. but i dont know if it is possible. if it IS possible it is probably extremely hard to do. but i like your idea.

it would be fun being in the ring while it countdowns, then bam u fight.. i think the invisible wall if u get thrown to it u wont rele hit it, u'd bounce back from it, sort of like an invisible cushion.. so its like u dont hit the air and get damamge, but u bounce back ready to fight

How about it's a one way wall and only the combatents can get and they can get thrown out. no swooping.

Ways to get out

1.die
2.stay lieing down from melee hit
3.hit ground outside ring

a small training period at the begining snd once 1 min is up no more training

well u can always make a private server and invite ur friends.. when u get better u can join the tourny mode that ppl set up.. remember its a optional mode, just join another server that has free for all, no harm in that

if they make it where you select tournament there should be 2 options where you can pick to make your server with no skill selection and one where you cna select your skill.

i think its a good idea...make a type of like box..where only 2 people can be in...of course the box is clear and see through...but its a good sized box...with a good amount of room...then 2 people will enter..anyone else that enters will be automatically killed..the box will somehow be able to tell once there is 2 people inside..then the 2 people duke it out...if u get thrown out of the box..u die..(like a tournament ring )..anyone who tries to bring beams inside the box just to be a jerk welll...the walls can somehow be splash damage proof..so noone can mess it up..and thats pretty much it...then once one person inside the box wins..another is allowed to enter..that simple...i know this stuff is probably impossible to make...but thats the only way i see it possible..

you'll be killed if u enter the box? it should be an invisible box where u can't go inside or outside.. like i said u will be teleported when its ur time to fight.. why waste kills?

if someone wants to use beams let the charge it.. juss go around it and pummel them..

and if u get thrown on the ground or the wall and u lose because of that:? wouldnt that suck? it's easy enough to throw someone as it is, just fight to the death.. once u kill someone u win.. shouldnt be too hard?

well no thats not what i meant...of course the box will be somewhat noticable so that people know where it is...and remember this is a mode...its not meant for anything else but tournament...the number of people allowed in the box could be changed..and teleporting people out would just be a waste because people could easily go inside suicide and then be teleported out..it would prolly cause glitches..and the bam thing was meant for people outside..like lets say 2 people are fighting inside the box and someone tries to beam spam them just to be a jerk..well they cant because it kills them on contact with the wall and the wall is splash damage proof...the inside will still allow the people to shoot beams and so would the people outside...you just wouldnt be able to bring a already charged beam inside..thats all...and remember this is a tournament mode...in the tournament...you arent allowed to touch the ground...i can understand the being thorwn out of the ring thing being an issue...but the ground is somewhat acceptable seeing as im sure we want this as close to the real thing as possible..i guess you could make the wallls of the box like real walls...and maybe have like a spot in the box that is the only way in or out...and then that closes after 2 (or whoever many people the sevrer is set on) people go into the box..

did u read the first post? those outside spectating the two fight in the invisible box CANNOT fire beams, meleee, they can't do anything.. only if you go to the specific brawling area can u practice what you want to do.. that elimnates people outside tryin to attack those in the box.. and the touching ground, fights would end so easily and quickly.. would take no skill at all to be able to throw someone on the ground and it's over.. think about it.. read first post
