well first off happy bd to masta 
second of all ive been trying to help *Without any1 knowing* to find reason of the crushing and soo far only find 1 and half
the first one is while a beam jump and hitting with any kind of meele in the progress of the backjump with the beam will cause for a crush
2nd thing which i didnt yet fully found yet is placed in the starting of entering into a serve =\ sorry if this wont help but maybe be more like guidelines which can finally help reach this source of prob
