When you are being thrown, rather than just making it a non skill "hope they run out of ki" battle, I have a beter idea...
Just like the arrows in the adv melee, Put a never ending stream of arrows ( no randoms, next arrow appears after u select the previous arrow), with a struggle bar at the side. The bar begins in the middle of the red area Each correct arrow would make the bar move in your favor. Each incorrect arrow would move the bar against you. Nobody could go OMFG random!!!, because there are no nonskill factors. You fight as fast as you can think and hit the right keys.
As an addon to this suggestion, if the defending player brings the line into the blue, he could either
A- Kick back the attacker with 10 damage, ending the melee
or
B- Try to throw the Attacker.
