Thread subscription?

I got an strange problem here. Whenever I sign up for a thread ive posted in (or my own thread) I never get an email telling me of any new posts. Ive checked that i put the right email address in my user profile. Any suggestions?

It never sends it to your email, instead it shows up on your User Control Panel.

Click User CP at the top of the page to see what threads you have subscribed to have new posts in them.

O, thanks. I already knew that it shows up in user cp. It's just when you reply, there is a checkbox with this text next to it: "Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible". I guess i just misunderstood or somethin

I don't know why it isn't sent to your email address, my best guess is the forum administrators disabled it.

It would make sense, thats a lot of emails considering all the users. Never thought about it that way. Thanks

Bingo, when it was on, our transfer rates were insane, we had to shut it off to preserve bandwidth.
