1. what if gohan caught the earring goku threw to him?
Then Vegetto wouldnt have been introduced into the series and i dont think that without Vegeta in the fusion they would never had come up witht the idea to get into buu and save the others. Buu saga would have ended totally diffrent then it did in the original series.
2.what if cell decided to go ahead and kill vegeta when he was lying heplessly on the ground while trunks fought cell?
The fact that trunks would allow that to happen isnt big and besides Cell knows he is superior to Vegeta in every area so he doesnt really care if Vegeta lives or dies.
3. what if gohan turned ssj2 early in the hyperbolic time chamber?
Then Goku hadnt died and the cool awsome kamehameha struggle in the end wouldnt have accured,and might i add that Goku and vegeta might not have been as strong as they had become in buu saga and goku might not had learned to go ssj3 then either.
4. what if buu never killed babidi?
Then Buu wouldnt have fooled around building a house and getting mr satan as friend,so with babidi no other form of buu might not have appeared.And when Mr Satan goes to fight him he would have surley met his doom.
5. what if piccolo actually died when trunks knocked over his statue?
Then they would carelessy jump down to save Vegeta without thinking about their own saftey and piccolo wouldnt have been around to teach them the Fusion dance if that even would be possible without piccolo staying around after and looking if buu survived which he did.

Then Trunks would had never showned his face at the look out again..he has no real value in the buu saga so no big diffrence would have been on the outcome of the buu saga.
7. what if piccolo said that trunks name was trunks when he wanted to keep his identity a secret?
Then Trunks might had never been born and then Buu saga would have gone a bit diffrent if such happened.
8. what if dr. gero activated 16 before he activated 19?
Then the Z fighters would have been destroyed if dr.gero got 16 to fight them because android 16 was far stronger then any other of the androids.
9. what if dr. gero activated 17 and 18 when he activated 19?
Then they would have been defeated sooner and everything had gone weird,there might be a day or 2 more before goku wakes up after they had been defeated but piccolos fusion with kami might had come faster.
10. what if frieza came after the earth dragonballs instead of the namek dragonballs?
when the dragon balls was around on earth at that time vegeta and nappa were there and finally killed piccolo so the dragon balls stopped existing on earth and after namek goku is much stronger then Frieza so.
11. what if trunks didnt come from the future at the time frieza came to earth?
Then the z force would have to fight him and then goku would have scenced danger and would have used his instant transmission and defeated frieza him self..but then trunks wouldnt have made his cool appearence into the series
12. What if supreme kai never fused with a witch?
then he might not have been sealed away in the sword..he might have died instead of getting sealed away and then the z sword wouldnt have excisted and gohan would never had gone mystic and who knows how everything in the series would have worked out.
13. What if the other kai never fused with Kabito?
Then they still wouldnt have been fused? indead the both get more then 2 the power they had before but you never get to see that power in action:/
14. What if Goku never mastered the spirit bomb?
They would have to fight much harder trying to find a way to defeat his enemies and they might not had defeated Buu.
15. What if Hercule never went to the planet of the Kai with Goku and Vegeta?
"He would have died, and the Earth would have believed Goku or Vegeta, meaning that they would have died too." and fat buu wouldnt have appered so they might not have had the time to creat a spirit bomb.
16. What if that puppy died?
it depends when the puppt died? before he met buu or during the meeting of buu or at the sacred kai planet or after the fight with buu?
17. What if Gohan defeated Dabura?
Then Vegeta would never had gone Majin and Buu wouldnt have been released and Supreme Kai would have either killed Babidi or brought him to some super prision?
18. What if they never had sensu beans?
Then they would have gotten dende to shrink him self into a bean format size and brought him around in a little bag to heal them.
What if Gohan's secret was never revealed? /what secret? that he had "cute" underwears? hohoo
