How about makeing it ...
Same charge up time
Same Ki cost
Same speed
Unlimited Ki balls..
Because if you DO just stand there spamming em , your gonna get melee'd/nuked fast , but it'd still own the normal Ki blast like Vegeta's Renzoku does! \0/
Edit: Oh and doing it from the floor would be STUPID so I guess your ki WOULD drain from flying anyway , so it'd have a limit on it , just ... not a ki cost.
