Shouldn't this be available for everybody except krillen or picolo because they are the only ones i havent seen doing it in the episodes(apart from trunks)

i know goku should have it.remember when goku was doing it againt cell.this just makes vegeta even stronger then everybody else.he is already the best person to play with in esf because he has ff blast which is the strongest move.but people still want it to be stronger;/

Well, Vegeta's powerful transformation accounts for the fact that you have to be at 2,000,000 before you can transform. It takes Vegeta longer than anybody else to transform. The only reason people want final flash to be stronger is so that it can actuallly beat a kamehameha wave in a beam struggle, which it should.

As for the attack, yes, everybody has done it at some point. However, we know that it one of Vegeta's signature moves, and he uses it alot more than any other character.

buu is the longest to transform because his health triples for some reason

well i never use buu but does it really triple?
so his first form has 60 hp does it?
anyway ih he was the last to transform that would explain it.
Also dont forget thats a permenant transformation. Plus u can eat doughnuts and get there really quick
renzoku is meant to represent the time when vegeta went psycho against cell. Also gokus got enough leave him be, and i dont remember him ever going really pshyco like that but i remember vegeta doing it twice.
The Final Flash should be more powerful, (read the thread Final Flash underpowered? and ull know why) or take less ki or something. It should just eat up the kame in a ps. No contest.

its true vegeta is easy but goku is the best non ssj
vegeta only has 1 special attack and that is crap (galit gun) plus i have the bebi vegeta pack so its all in japanese :S

Goku goes ssj kame can beat vegetas FF... yet veges FF is his special move. Surely Veges FF should win in a ps as it is the strongest beam in the game? but it doesnt vegetas FF the strongest beam in the show loses to the kame, a non ssj move.

yeah i dont get it either. in the show he doesnt train for 7 years and grows the hair. He's effectively lost half his power.
But in the game his hair is a symbol of huge power gain.
Lets face it krillen was at his strongest during the cell games and even that was pitiful.
so he doesnt train he would obviously have gotten a LOT weaker. so why does he get stronger in the game?

ugh you guys shouldnt worry about how they are going to balance the game it will all end up fine and dandy.

ff has to be stronger than kame? no...
all beams have the same power, it only depends on how long the person charges the power and how powerful the person self is...
the only exception is how you "form" the power:
kame and ff are both beams with more or less chargetime out of 2 hands = equal
but, if you use ur power like frezzer with his fingerbeam you have a small but concentratet beam which is very powerful on 1 point, although it has a very short chargetime
or the frezzer/destructo disc: it concentrates its power on the flatten side so it can cut very strong opponents to pieces
that's my impression of the manga/anime

and about the moves:
all chars should get the rapid ki blasts
goku should get the destructo disc
trunks should get the masenko
frezzer should get eye beams
buu+vegeta should get self destruction
etc...etc...etc..

thats what we see in the show, but what's with the balance? that's another question and the show isn't balanced
