The Quake Mod, What is it called?

I got Quake 3 yesterday and i cant find the quake 3 mod,
I thought it was fotd but i cant find a DBZ mod under fileplanet or quake planet. (and i would of searched but its disabled)

so anyone know the address

The mod is called bid for power (not a dbz mod but has stuff in it like dbz). http://www.bidforpower.com/
