Ah, I knew someone would fall for that question! I've actually made 2. The one that people would remember is the one I made for Cuc years back. The one that very few would remember is the really crappy one I made in PSP...man, was it bad.

And, to answer Magus' question:

That's a toughy. I remember Judge being an S-Mod for the longest time, but I remember Cuc getting up there very fast, as well, before he was promoted to admin status.

I'm going to have to make a complete guess and say that it's Cuc. I think he went straight to S-Mod status.
