well i know cold steel realy does good maps, but you cant just ignore DJready. he is *the* team mapper,
so he is the one that created all the custom maps nearly all people are playing. dont be suprised if only a few vote here.

I voted for cheese, mainly because some other mappers i know of arent up there. And for the fact that cheese made my alltime favortie map, dbz_kame or dbz_kamelookout, i forgot really. I need to find it again, but its awesome. It has a ground area, then really high up is kames lookout and korins area is along the way. Also you can go into the hyperbolic timechamber. Its ****in incredible .

/me needs to find teh map again.

The best outdoor mapper for Half-Life 1 is none other than Zero. There are other exceptionally great mappers as well, some of which have been mentioned above - but Zero sits at the top of that list, blowing minds away with his one of a kind terrain and textures.
