I think it's because how similar next-gen consoles and PCs are. Less work and money has to go in to create the game for all of the platforms. Basically it's almost useless to own a next gen console now as more console games are gonna start coming over to PC too.

there is a new video 3 mins of gameplay and the swinging is damn improved also like combat but its still hit and finisher but who cares !!! city is enhanced and looks like miles morales costume is there to !!

i played the first one and liked it very much, but at times got dizzy when fighting in close quarters and web-zipping to ceilings. The camera angle on the web-swinging could have been much better too. ii still haven't played Web of Shadows,that looks really fun - the combat animations in THAT game look more creative than what i'm seeing in this new spider-man game.

I am getting web of shadows now, I see so many people recommend it and I didn't play a spidey title for some time. Hope to be astonished

the game has some web of shadows physics like gliding the wall up/down depens of speed of the character
hero or menace system is explained! ( daily bugle announces if spidey fought crime or did nothing that means people in the street hears from it and they wont like u anymore .more infos to come soon )
combat system is not mash one button anymore! very enhanced u can take out enemys weapons u can dodge more then 1 guy at once if u press the dodge button and if enemies are blinking red QTE will come but enemies always can run and try getting their weapons back!
its not linear missions/levels anymore ( it means every area is open to the world!!! not like in first game where u enter a mission and u cant to go NYC again !!!!!) u can always enter a place and leave it!
OVER 15 DIFFERENT SUITS(unlockable) WITH UNIQUE STATUS CHANGES!!!! (DLC not counted here which means they can release even more story DLC with suit extra !) suits are upgradeable!

well the city looks decent i dont know whateveryone has with the graphics this is just epic!
spider sense looks wow and all the costumes !!!

It looks really good, wasn't the first amazing spiderman video game wasn't very good? if it wasn't good then this is a major upgrade (it looks like the spiderman game for me, and i played like 3 of those spiderman games)

Also, how does it tie in to the movie? will it have the exact or almost exact same plot?

not same plot more bosses and different story it will have the characters from second movie
and yeah its damn big upgrade!

So this is the opening of the first Amazing spiderman game. The first cutscene is like in Half life, it is simply you watching people in first person view, then I looked at the cutscenes later in the game and they stopped that..
are they ******* retarded? FPS cutscenes are the best, it feels so real and natural.

Its good that they polished the stealth system. It felt a little clunky in the last game.
