Just remember, the fact that ISPs are so greedy and care not about the legality of things, lets you continue to download music despite RIAA's attempts. Since they refuse to give up the name's of people who do, they often get into legal situations. (granted you do do this)

Tassadar, you are confusing all ISPs with Verizon . . . typically, I obtain your IP address and traceroute you untill I get enough unique information to condemn you with or without your ISPs consent. Better to drop you than be charged as an accessory to a crime.

Script Kiddies, are by definition, not really hackers. They find a tool, and they use it, but they might not have any idea of the underlying principals, which is what does them in.
