Is there any way on making Latency lower, other then getting a better internet connection?

Teikanchi wouldn't be a good idea for esf because it has limitations that would make esf boring and dull. ESF is good the way it is, no need to change it. It could be a game mode to be used in SOME maps, not all mind you, like CTDB. But a complete conversion to teikanchi is definitely not a good idea.
