Teliporting whlie charging an attahc

so? last I checked they were adding new custom characters to the beta. Why not add this? It would add a whole new lvl of suprise to attacks. Besides this isn't a dbz only mod.

but anyway, i think teleporting, which is just moving really fast, while charging an attack would be really good
just think... you're charging an attack, u see a blast heading your way, u teleport out of the way, and fire your blast to the enemy
that would be mad

I don't like the teleport and charge idea, but how about an instant transmission and charge routine. Were it would put you a safe distance from the target player and the ki cost would have to be immense. Also this should be a move only Goku and Cell are capable of executing. And at that, Goku should be super saiyan and cell should be complete to do it. My thoughts...

if they are, they should make it slow movement while charging

ok several things..


1. yes u can move when chargeing but its slower than normaly

2. because u move slow its imposible to do zansouken because all it is is the person moveing fast...

3. cell isnt that strong.. vegeta is stronger if im not mistaken
