I got this idea from the movie 7.

But please just say if u would give it a yes?

If u watched it u would know what i mean (when goku, trunks, 14, 15 were fighting in the city and than trunks said that they would bring the whole city down, goku heard and than went so fast so he just left colurd lines behind him,(u get the point right?))

after it teleports a little like in real life when something is very
fast - its a lil blurred and looks like streached!

Stretching the model would be purely aesthetic and I highly doubt that would be possible in half life. Besides, with as often as the average player teleports it would just look ridiculous and hurt framerate. I'd say be happy with after images.

I think this only happend with Gokus instant transmission ...
the "normal" teleport were like after image ...

as Sonic said ... this wouldn't be easy in HL (if it's possible) (I'm not sure) ... and it would drop the fps more than the after image

additional: it's not possible to seperate body pieces without new models

- it would just be a waste of fps
- the current after image looks awsome

I would say it's a good idea if it was possible in the hl engine. I don't see how it is, but I'm not a coder so I wouldn't know. So my answer is no.

Well you're a bright one. Uh, warning :warning: . You just aren't happy unless somebody is pimping your idea. If somebody disagrees and tries to explain why you flame then. You say "Just say yes or no!" and somebody says no so you flame them. If you still want it closed I'm sure we can arrange that.

Im not sure it would be possible because the model would need to blur to make it look good.
If the teleport "dots" were teleport "lines" it might look better.
Anyway i think the after image technique is gonna be more worth it.

Ok, I'll correct you. 'Sounds like crap' is another way of saying 'It sux' which is another way of saying 'It's really ****!' which is another way of saying 'NO!'
So 'sounds like crap' means 'no' but in a more convincing manner

I agree. I've always hated the little dot because I've never seen it in the shows...
