This is true.

I do feel I need to specify that even if they did poop, I'm fairly sure they wouldn't smear said poop all over their ass to coat it in a thick, brown, pasty substance. Aesthetically from a non-internal perspective, the ass is a pleasant thing to look at, just not as pleasant as tits though.
