You don't know anything for sure.
I guess you didn't read the rest of it.
I don't know for sure, but I can rationalize their effectiveness based on the information given.
As for:
im gonna guess kirby's is gonna be a Big pot, and he puts you in it, you go flying up.
That pot definately looks like the final smash, and if it acts like it does in the kirby games, it might be unavoidable, at least for one person.

It should heal you too =D, like it did in the games.

Samus's is probably one big ass energy beam like in the trailer.

And I wouldn't be surprised if Wario's involved farting of some kind.

Did you ever think that for a split second a character's final smash usefulness/strength might be altered by how strong or weak the character is in the first place?

Don't turn speculation into fact, due to rationalization. Things could work in a totally different fashion.

Well we already know this....

Mario = Goku
Bowser = Brolly
Giga Bowser = LSSJ Brolly
Link = ... Trunks ?
Roy = Tapion
Marth = Maybe another Trunks

So from what the pics are showing so far is that we are gonna have a more massive Character account, making this almost like M.U.G.E.N.

Thus we will have more fun and probrably become Wiitards and buy a wii for this game alone. Then go buy a PSP to play Crisis Core.

Don't even compare Nintendo characters to Dragon Ball Z.

Why in the ****ing world are you saying I'm making everything sound like it's fact when TWICE now I said they were my own personal logical opinions on the matter? Did I say "this is how it's going to be?"

NO!

I said "this is how it looks like!"

So, for the good of us all, please stop going out of your way to argue with me by putting words in my mouth just so you can have something to argue about. I'm really tired of correcting you. My view is an opinion. AN O-P-I-N-I-O-N! Ugh...

90% of that post confused me o_O. Why are you comparing Nintendo characters to Dragonball Z?

Tis nothing like M.U.G.E.N.

First of all you can't add characters.

The game is 3D.

M.U.G.E.N. is full of random characters from many different places, that don't fit together.

Don't compare the two.

SSBB is full of characters from the SNES or NES.

Snake is their because of Metal Gear - Nes
Zelda - NES
Mario - NES
Ness - SNES
Wario - SNES

etc.

doubt full, since wario's b move is the big fart... they'd have to make a variation on it or somthing.

A Gamecube controller can be used.

There's a variety of attacks in Smash Bros., and they all involve some combination of strength and direction. Let me start here by talking about strength.

Standard Attack

If you just press the attack button, you?ll perform a standard attack. These are generally speedy.

Strong Attack

When you tilt the stick in a direction, you?ll do a stronger attack in that direction. These attacks usually have longer reach.

Now, if you simultaneously tilt the stick and press the button, you?ll do a smash attack. These are powerful!

Since the name for smash attack is derived from the game?s name, you can assume they?re pretty important.

Swiftly tilt the Control Stick left, right, up, or down, and simultaneously attack! When you link the feeling of this control with the result of sending an opponent flying, I think you?ll start to see the crux of this game.

At first, don?t overthink things. It?s OK to just tilt the stick and mash some buttons. Ease yourself into it.

By pressing and holding the attack button during a smash attack, you can build up power. Power up and unleash it when the time is right!

lol, they're dumbing down the game, the game creator even said it somewhere, that they're making the game easier to play.

How is this 'dumbing it down'?

This is the exact same way it was in Melee.

I have yet to see it be any easier than Melee. Please, by all means inform us how it's being dumbed down.

He said aerial combat would be more improved on. If anything, that would make the game even 'harder' to master.

Its true though :rolleyes:. Giga Bowser is just gonna raid the place and grab people by their face and slam them down into the ground. Link is gonna run around swinging his sword, Mario is gonna run around throwing fireballs and sending people into the air with a Shouryuken. I wonder if Master hand will come back again....... We can only hope he isnt playable aswell....

The only thing I hope is a change to Melee is the Special System. They added about 2 to 4 new Characters. They have also made a few new Pokemon in the Poke balls. Who else could they put in it to make it better... Oh and what about Snake ? XD

If you're referring to characters added to Brawl..

There will be much more...

I expect they'll update all the characters that were added into Melee (Falco, Ganondorf etc)

Plus they'll add more than just these 2-4... I expect there to be about 5-8 new characters in total.

I'm willing to put serious money down that Sonic is a playable character.

Location
Fryslân Boppe! The Netherlands
Jul. 06 Fri. 2007 update said:

his area appeared in the Wii game The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. If you?ve played that title, you ought to remember this place.

The terrain is flat. I mean, really flat.

And the enemy leader, King Bulblin, makes cameo appearances. Occasionally, he uses bombs to blast holes in the stage.

Run! It?s King Bulblin and Lord Bullbo!

Uh-oh! There?s a hole...

But don?t worry. The missing chunk will be magically transported via portal to fill in the gap.

Whoa! Just like the original game!

Nice looking map!
ps for all you other updates, you can get bigger images if you click the image first!

I like it! I hope the map is pretty long. In TP, the bridge was quite long, I hope you'll be able to run around the entire length of it. I like the fact that it changes from time to time, and the portal warp is a really nice touch for all the TP players out there. :3

Sakurai starts by saying there wont be any manga characters. Then he begins talking about other companies characters to appear in the game. Among other things, Sakurai says that the character MUST have appeared on a Nintendo platform before. And to literally translate the last sentence (keep in mind this is in reference to the characters from other companies): "Anyways, at most we'll add another 1-2 characters [after Snake], maybe?"

Sakurai said in response to a person complaining that SSBM is too fast: "Don't worry, the speed of the game will "be moderated" a little bit. When I asked "Could we allow more freedom in the aerial battles?" Everyone on my team agreed, so we are refining every character's ability from the very beginning"

"This time, we'd like to stress easiness over the small details of combat, so overall it might become somewhat easier."

all this stuff was said by Sakurai the game creator. i can post more info if you'd like.
