What exactly do you mean by different moves? Could you clarify it just a bit to me, because I really don't understand.

As far as I can tell he basically means that if you made a Brolly character for Vegeta you can give him Kamehameha or some things correct?

Example:

Replacing Kid Trunks with Trunks, Kid Trunks now has the ability to use One Tree Cannon/Double Buster.

Replacing Yamcha with Goku, Yamcha now has the ability to use the Spirit Ball attack.

the only way i see it working is a making custom sprites and sounds support.
the attack will still be the normal attack based on the code of the game
but it will look and sound like another attack

I think he means custom sprites and sounds.

Modellers will probably give (e.g Yamcha) the animations wanted.

The funny thing is, I have a custom Yamcha used for Goku (1.1 model) and Kid Trunks for Trunks (SV's).
