Stupidest Anime of All Time

Seriously...who the hell came up with Beyblade and YouBe***? If i wanted to watch a show about spinning tops or playing cards...I can watch that **** in my living room. What's the dam point?

People might say Pokemon and Dragonball Z is crap, but at least it's something that I can't just do myself.

I don't know, Pokemon and Digimon went pretty well when it aired.....Beyblade and Yu-Gi-Oh! on the other hand....blech don't get me started.

I vote all of them. I do want to specify the others (which are shown here, in Hong Kong) but it's too numerous it'd take a whole page. Plus there's so much crap anime in Hong Kong, you can't even remember their names.

But I do have to admit, I was a Pokemon and Digimon fan WAAAAY back then....but now, they belong in the scrap pile with Hamtaro.

If you watch zoids, its actually prettty damn good. WORST = ULTIMATE MUSCLE BY FAR!

Hey i like Naruto a helluva lot. It's awesome! But any tidal wave, no matter how big, will eventually lose its momentum... All these animes are just tidal waves, that are bound to die out at some point, and i call things that die out like that fads. Just as you might call the Star Wars movies fads. And just as you can call Friends a fad.

No, not all anime's are Tidal waves, especially Naruto. Fads are made popular becuase a majority of people for some reason end up doing/liking it, and others join them to be considered part of the popular group. I doubt anyone watches Naruto just becuase other people do, I watch it becuase I like the damn show, and 40 years from now, I'll still like it. Even though I don't watch DBZ anymore it's still one of my favorite Animes. Fads are usually in the form of a stupid toy, or a game. If an anime is a fad... then it means the actual anime has the characteristics of a small toy/game, for example Pokemon, and Beyblade. Those are both fads.

Oooh, I thought I had already posted here but apparantly not. Good thing though, I get to air my opinion!

I can't say I hate, or even dislike, any of the anime mentioned. I've found something worthwhile in every single one of them (to pick one good part of just one, Digimon did its damnedest to make every single character unique and keep them in the main flow - series 1 and 2 - which is a feat in itself.)

Also I'd like to challenge someone mentioning Medabots as the 'Stupidest Anime of All Time'. While it may appear to be just a run of the mill carbon-copy of pokemon (but with robots!!), it is in fact a hillariously funny show and pretty cool on top of that.

Hey, I take offense to that! I was into Pokemon when I was 16! There's nothing wrong with that, right? ..... right? I think I'm going to go sit in the corner. ;_;

But seriously, I don't think Pokemon was one of the worst animes of all time. I mean, it got stale after a few seasons, but it was hilarious. (with Pikachu electrocuting Ash at least once an episode !_!)

would have to agree that gheyblade and yugioh are the worst, i watched pokemon 5 years ago and i was CRAZY ABOUT IT, but now i think its ***. one of the best classics to me is dragonball, i remember watching it when i was 6 at 6 in the morning O.O.....anyway i also watched a few episodes of yugioh but found it to boring, i have yet to watch naruto....sounds interesting though.... :devgrin:

I remember the first time I saw DBZ, I was watching the Spanish version
I was like 6yrs old and I took a trip to the place I was born (Dominican Republic). Anyway, I second everything I said about Geyblade. I Think the stupidest anime of all is this Wrestling one called Ultimate Muscle, I saw it yesturday on TV (It was a Sunday. Nothing better to do). And for some ****ed up reason the main character (I think his name was Kid Muscle) looks like Gokou to me. I dont know why.
