stupid Model Question

I dont have models too show off or anything i dont know if i should put this in Help or not but here oges my stupid question.

Whenever i download a model from Redsaiayn or Esf-world its all RAR! ARG! So my main question is how the heck do you make you Model a MDL file or JPG file (plan on making sprays for a change)?

Yes, download Winrar then extract the models to wherever you want.
