the arms are very nicly detailed(just perfect, not over done good job)
chest muscles, again very good looks like gohan in the cell saga(well thats wot ya aiming for lol)
but overall its a very nicely detailed, low poly model, good job m8

feet and belt are too small... make feet bigger and make the belt a lil bit higher (not move higher, just make it "taller")

Awesome, i only miss a head (lol joking) anyways
i think his upper body should be a bit shorter (i really mean a bit) and that, that V shape thing goes a bit more down(that V shape is the place where u can see the chest)

he means the gi. Yes the gi goes down, sorta like how smo brought it down on most of his models. Except dont bring it that far down, since there is no under shirt and it'll look weird.
