So the final stages of everyone's transformation will drain as much Ki as they regen? Ex: perfect cell?

For all the people who dont know if ya can power up when your SSJ ya can cus one of the dev team said theres gunna be 3 sprite/particle thingos. Power up, Transformation and transformed powerup
