Dude, he should TOTALLY be in 1.3... give him SSj3 like speed, server-destroying beams and a start PL of 10,000,000.

Remember ESF isnt DBZ, lets innovate a bit.

Yeah maybe we could add Hercule, and whenever another player dies, he takes credit for it, thus always having the highest kill count. He of course is invulnerable and contributes nothing to the game, and he just runs around annoying people while they're fighting. This fits some people's play styles to a tee.
