Spidey 2 (the movie) *Possible Spoilers*

i just got back from the movie, and it was great. i dont read the comic books so it was good for me but 2 of my friends that went with me said it sucked but they read the comic books and had their lil nerd battle of stuff about what was wrong and not wrong etc.....so i guess for those who dont read the comics but know enough about the series would enjoy it but those who read the comic book wont like it as much. they both said they tried fitting to much of the story into the movie which i agree because at the end theres like 5 subplots for the next movie. it had a good amount of humor in it though so that was another good thing. one of the best parts was when u see peter walking around and the song "rain drops" (rain drops falling on my head, but that doesnt mean ill soon be....). so all in all if you read the comic book and expect it to be exactly like it dont expect that, expect more of the story to happen at the same time. i guess they want to get everything fit into a small amount of movies rather then a stretched out thing....but i would definitely go see it again ^_^

The scene in the elevator when his web screwed up and hes talkin to that guy bout how his suit rides up in his crotch HAHAHA!! that was sooo funny!!!

That scene at the end with Harry... I knew that was going to happen! I predicted it exactly, even with the broken mirror and the equip room... weird..


Best friggin movie ever. I loved it 5 stars, 100%, 10/10

Anyway, I didn't see Spiderman 2 yet. And here's why:
Simply put, the commercials gave away the whole ****ing movie. They show him being carried by the towns people with his mask off (meaning they all know his identity). They show him on the couch with whats-his-face about to take off his mask (meaning he finds out his identity). I mean god, they showed practicly ALL the battle scenes in the movie. I saw a 2 1/2 minute commercial that was basicly a frickin summary. I almost don't want to watch it because it wouldn't be nearly as exciting.

I thought the movie was pretty good. The fight scenes with Doc. Ock were awesome. I also enjoyed the random funny parts they put in.

P.S. How do we start up a petition to make sure Vin Diesel will not play as Eddie Brock? Heh

i really enjoyed the movie ^^
we a HELL OF ALOT better than teh first movie

right i'm probably going to get pwned like feck here, i dont see why so many people hates Vin Diesel, he is a good actor and he has a nice build that suits venom,,,he ahs a built upper body which will suit vemon (well according to the comics/ cartoons) and he isnt unbeatable its just the script he gets to play as,,, you will probably remember
jean claud van damn,,,before he was famous/known i recal seeing him in movies where he has played the bad guy and got the ****e kicked out of him! lol

anyway, its not who we want to be in the film, its who the director agrees suits teh character best!

apart from that, i really enjoyed the movie, i give it 10/10, the best movie i have seen, can't wait for spiderman 3!^^

sonic, he ahs got a point, its like a James bond movie, on teh advert it shows him driving on ice and when i actually watch teh movie, say james is tied to a chair with a lazer raising upwards between his legs, you know he is going to get out of it because you havnt seen the ice scene with james,,, so adverts can show the wrong bits sometimes :s

Oh damn! I saw a tital wave and tornados in the preview of The Day After Tomorrow, I don't want to see it now because I know what's going to happen!

i would like to see the lizard before venom though I remember seeing the 90's cartoon with the lizard being one of its earliest storylines (when it was brilliant) it set up Eddie Brock perfectly, and had the whole nightmare plot laid out aswell. The Lizard saga would be a perfect way to start off other events in the movies. It certainly deserves a film of it's own for sure
