speed bug

I have a bug on my ESF, this bug is really strange, in the middle of the game it's starts to slow down and if I press jump it will only jump after asecond or too.
this problem is soooooo anoying, tell me please how to get rid of it.

solution
turn down gfx and particles
get a better comp
get a better connection

if you're running in Direct3D, change to OpenGL
I often saw the latency in using D3D ... but never in OpenGL

but this is no ESF bug ... so
