There is a 50% chance it will be out this month, I gaurentee it. Either it will come out or it will not. In fact, I'd go so far as to say there is a 1 in 2 chance it will come out today, being that it will either be released or it will not. Really, when it comes right down to it, the likeliness of whether it will or wont come out doesn't factor in, because it either will, or it wont, and if it does, you'll download it, and if it doesn't, you'll download it whenever it does. So, sure, 50/50 chance.
