That's Smo's Vegeta. It never made it into ESF officially.

I see some resembelence, but only due to the fact the are same DBZ character.

It looks like Smo's Vegeta was edited and reskinned for the new Vegeta.

Same amount/placement or spikes, same triangulation and the model looks like Smo's style. Unless Eclipse used the same exact ref as Smo I would just call it an edit.

Doesnt look like an edit, hair is flowing opposite ways in smos and eclipes vegeta, just because its similar doesnt mean it was edited.

Well not that ..The reason why it look the same...
Is becous it has basicly the same ref... Of corse yours is bether.... BUT!! the end of the hands is a bit to buf... trust me its wrong....
Of corse i tihnk its yours and all... but ehat are the chanches of modles haveing 90% same ref...
