Someone help!!!!!! Ecx problem

OK whats up Guys my name is Nick(king nickster) and
i posted this becasue i have big problem.. i've installed ESF 1.2.3
and i installed ECX RC2 and im not sure if its workin. i mean instead of the picture of Vegeta kickin piccolo i have vegeta shooting a energy blast in the cell games. and when i creat my server io have new maps and the HUD looks cooler. BUTTT i dont have enw characters when i start gives me the same characters Gohan,Goku,vegeta,piccolo,krillin, frieza, buu. SAMEE i dont have other people like android 17 and stuff nothing. i wanna play with ssj4 gok and stuff likie the others but i have no idea what happaned(i have steam). i installed Bigpack 8.4 NOT workin i go to my computer check the stuff in program files its there but not IN game its the same with new maps thats it. HOw do i get the cnew characters and transes man?!!

Actually, this section exists to give support for mods if I'm not mistaken.

Reinstall ECX. Something got messed up with the AMXX files for it.

you need to be sure that you didnt intaled ecx in the esf folder
ecx needs to be instaled in hl folder
