Some1 Help Me Please!

This has become a persisting problem now. I havent even been able to play the game yet but ive heard its great. Ok, this is what happens. Everytime I try to join a game it says this.

You cannot connect to a server which is operating under a different protocol version.

When i try to Create my own game it says this.

Could not load library C:\SIERRA\COUNTER-STRIKE\ESF\cl_dlls\client.dll

Im no computer expert so i dont know what all of that means but i cant figure it out, so some1 please help me out.

Edit-upthere where it shows a :\ after the C it should be a colon and then a \.

lol ... many people had this problem ...
I don't know what causes this problem ... but i know what to do ...

look for a better fmod.dll ... ask a friend for sending you this file ... then you've to replace it with your own one ...
ask me and I'll send you the correct file ...
This dll is for the MP3-Player ... that means all Mods with MP3 Support won't work with a wrong person ...
