I just thought that the adv. melee would seem faster if u had slow motion, cuz then there could be shorter pauses between turns and hits. Just a thought. No motion blur btw, it wont look pretty imo.

your thinking of that one hl mod the specialists when you say that arent you...anyway it would make it way to easy to use advanced melee it wont be any fun at all

People complain that its too slow already, implementing a slow-motion feature would only make things worse.

I think he means everything around the meleeing players is in slow motion but they themselves aren't.

Its a bad idea so far but you don't need to be a **** about it , jeez...
Could u Explane the idea better? you mean like slowing down dureing hits so you can move better or something?

I meant that if u have slow motion there will be less/no waiting time between hits. The arrows will be the same speed, but the animations will be slower so there will be no phase at which the characters stand still.
It was like 2 AM when i posted that idea... looks pretty bad now :fight:
Hope you understood they idea anyway...

I think that some animations are already slow....but...how about when u take someone in melle and he has verry little health then the slow-motion should appear like in Lemming Ball Z when u kill someone there is a little slow motion...but im thinkin this slow motion should be only in melle...

It looks slow because of the pauses between each hit (which is kinda lame). If there were no pauses between hits it could get much faster. I hope it could be fixed some way.

I don't think this would work that well. If you want to get rid of the pauses when choosing arrows, you could just add a sparring animation inplace of the waiting. No damage would be done, it would just be for looks.

I wouldn't like slow motion in this game cause when people do melee on you, it would take to long to get out of it.
