Last I remembered, GoldSRC had no support for either of these subsets. For ESF to support it would require a complete rewrite from the ground-up with a supporting engine if I am not mistaken. Therefore, like Raven made perfectly clear, the answer here - one way or another - is no.

...although there may be some inherent 3DFX Glide and Voodoo based SLI support
