God damnit the word is "they're." They are = They're. Their is possessive, as in a group of people owning something. I know it is just a little mistake but at the rate people are screwing those two words up, along with "you're" and "your" (the latter being possessive), they'll end up changing their (possessive) definitions along with adding everything else President G. W. has made up since he came into office.
