It's html code. Imagine this:
You got the pic you want as sig at

http://www.mysigrulez.de/sig.jpg

If you posted this in the signature field it would create a link, but not show the pic. So you have to tell the computer that you want to directly show the pic. So you include this:

You don't see what I typed cause it trys to get the pic from

http://www.mysigrulez.de/sig.jpg

I wrote:

[Ximg]http://www.mysigrulez.de/sig.jpg[X/img]

WITHOUT THE TWO Xs!!!!!!

So If you got a link to your pic just put it into [Ximg] [X/img] WITHOUT THE Xs!!!! to make it show up.

If you don't get it by now: Look here, I made a video for ya:

:Video removed cause noones that silly:laff: :

Actually it's PHP code.. but still, you said what needed to be said. The [ímg] tag makes the browser think 'Hey.. this is some of that PHP stuff.. and it's for an Image'. The browser then expects you to follow it up with a address to an image.. say http://foo-bar.com/woo.jpg. Finally the [/ímg] tag tells the browser that there is no more code to read for the image. As simple as that.

So basically, as Sin Goku said, you put [ímg]http://foo-bar.com/woo.jpg[/ímg] and it'll display the contents of the link.. (replace the accented 'i' with a normal 'i' in each tag). This really isn't something you should need a video to understand, unless you are seriously bad on PCs.

I just wanted to make sure that even the last Eclipse understands it. (You know Eclipse? I don't hope so cause he ruined a great NS game because he was very very stupid. Stupidiest guy ever) So if you need, take the vid, otherwise just leave it out.

Actually lol its vBulletin code. <img src=path> is html and I'm not a php expert so I don't know if there is a way. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure its not php.

And also photoshop is good for shrinking images too it keeps them in good quality if you don't shrink it too much such as going down 70 pixels would be ok.
